If you need an invitation letter from the Organizing Committee for visa application, please make your registration online and email us the following information with "Request for invitation letter from 2020ICPM" in subject line:
- Full Name (exact as in your passport)
- Passport Number
- Nationality
- The dates you expect to arrive in and to depart from China
